Week 2

So another 4lbs gone this week, for a total of 11lbs. Trying not to let the difference in numbers between the 2 weeks frustrate me...it's normal!!! And besides, don't know many other people trying to lose weight who can lose 11lbs in 2 weeks. :)

I think it is really common for the weight loss to be quick in the beginning and then slow down.  The slower pace gives your body a chance to adjust to the changes and gives your skin a chance to shrink with the rest of you.

Congratulations on a great start to a new you and a new lifestyle.

Kudos on the 11 pound loss! :) :) :) :)

And Andrea is right!... Our bodies go through many changes as we lose weight.
This is why the number of pounds varies from day to day, week to week, etc..

As long as you follow the FTS rules, you will get healthier and eventually reach your weight loss goal!
What you do today is what matters!
