Hi, Cathy I shop on army base for most of my food I did notice a light & fit Dannon yogurt at base.
3carb, and 50 calories. Hope this help. I look in my local heath food store and what I found there was bad.
The carb count was high and this was suppose to be healthily for you.    :D

Thank you for the input Travelus.  I'll be checking it out on my next trip.  I love dairy products and already gave up my milk.  I use to go through 1/2 gallon a week.  But I'm not missing it as bad now as I did the first week.

Oh I must share this one.  I was in the grocery store last weekend shopping and reading the labels.  It must be turning into a habit now.  But I started reading this one label and realized that it was my laundry detergent.   ;D
