Does anyone have a good tip for steamed brussel sprouts and how many carbs are there?

1 cup is 10 carbs!  OUCH..... make your kids run around the yard and throw em at em

Ok then and that is a good idea lol No really its a good idea. and not cooked raw because they have more a sting that way. Oh I am not a child abuser my kids are in their 30s.
