Andrea I am so glad you like it ;) So many people were having tummy issues with the xylitol. This solves it. ;)

I'm off on a girls' weekend tomorrow and it's as close to low carb as possible.  I'm taking my second bottle to share.

... I am FINALLY realizing I HAVE to make this eating my lifestyle!  But I've been on the diet a month now and can't seem to make the scale move at all! (Splenda didn't seem to be a problem before...hmmm). ...

Hi BlackSheepMama! :)

I'm glad to hear that you're making FTS your eating lifestyle. :)

If you adopt the mindset that FTS is a lifestyle and NOT a diet, you'll be much more successful!
A "diet" is associated with something we do to try losing weight, then abandon it if we do (or don't).

FTS is something we live every day!
Watching carbs and eating appropriately cannot be temporary unless we only want temporary weight loss.
To get skinny and stay that way for a lifetime, requires FTS as a lifestyle!

One other thing... Measure yourself regularly!!!
Most of the time, we shrink while the scale appears frozen.
Remember that scales are evil!... They don't accurately show our REAL progress!

You'll do great! ;D
What you do today is what matters!

Thanks for the advice, MouseIssue! IT'S A L I F E S T Y L E!

I've actually noticed that...my weight shifting or something..even though the scale hasn't moved I can fit in my clothes a tad bit better.

I need to just be patient.  ::)  The older we get the harder it is!

I've noticed the exact same thing, BlackSheepMama! The scales are stuck but the body is changing shape. It makes me more patient with the scales. My pants are pretty baggy now, but the scales have barely moved in ages.

It'll be interesting because two of us are FTSers and three of us are Atkins people.  It's not quite evangelism.  It's more like trying to convert a Methodist to a Presbyterian.  My sister and I plan to wow them with stuff they think they can't have!  Think Coconut Cake and you get what I mean.

Hi Andrea! :)

Put some 50-50 SF jelly on top with whipped cream and you should have believers! ;D ;D ;D

I live in Colorado and had to fly to Minnesota for the weekend so I was somewhat limited in what I could take along.  I'm going to convert them from Adkins to FTS.
