Hi Beth.... if you can't find these, whip up some heavy whipping cream sweetener and banana flavoring until stiff....very quick 

You can also make some pudding....Suz explains how she does it here: http://www.fattoskinny.net/index.php?topic=4012.0  I know she posted the banana to but can't seem to find it    I'm sure you would just change the flavoring.......  I hope this helps
