I accidentally left my book at a friends house. Does the book say to count an egg as 1g of Carbs?

Howdy Lance,

I went here on the web for the answer, which I believe is also in the FTS book.

Hi Lance! :)

It seems like everywhere we look, the carb counts differ.
Here's the USDA's take on raw egg: http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/foods/show/111

Just to be safe, I count each egg as 1.0.

Eating fewer carbs than we think is much better than eating more carbs than we think. ;)
What you do today is what matters!
