Two pigs in a forest

Pork rind crusted pan fried pork chops with broccoli.  Simple, quick and even the kids loved it!

Iron skillets are the BEST for frying most anything!
Temperature control is important... They can get VERY hot and burn food easily.

I've found that if I use the cheese grater attachment to the food processor, it gives me bigger, more panko like "crumbs" from the pork rinds. 
I have yet to try the spicy ones though.
