Low Carb Baked Rigatoni and Sausage
Ingredients;
1 package of House Foods Shirataki Tofu Macaroni-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup low sugar pasta sauce
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, microwaved 2 minutes and drained
2 Italian sausages sliced up and fried
2 tablespoons olive oil to fry sausage
grated Romano cheese
Directions
1- Open the noodles and place into a strainer, rinse VERY well for 5 minutes then pat dry with a paper towel
2- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the cheeses
3- pour into a baking dish and cover with the shredded Mozzarella cheese
4- bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
5- serve with shredded Romano.
