Well I use em but be careful what you mix em with. They're great for mac N cheese!

I use them, too.
I have had them in a modified shrimp alfredo, scallops alfredo, .... you could do chicken also.
One day I cut them up and put my roast and carrots over them, stirred it up...it was delicious.
They stink when you first open them, but you have to rinse them. Then, boil them for about a minute. poof! you're done!
They are even good rewarmed the next day for lunch.

Carbs in Coffee
« Reply #10 on: May 06, 2010, 09:53:52 AM »
Carbs in coffee reports are a mixed bag, some say yes, some say no. For example is your flavored coffee flavored with a flavor that also contains a sweetener? I'm not talking about powdered mixes, I'm talking about beans and ground coffee. Umpa and I have no less than 20 different flavored beans in the house. I rule on the side of safe...1 carb per 8 oz cup of black brewed coffee. Drink your coffee and enjoy it. If you plateau you know one of the areas to tweak.

I never even thought about the possibility of carbs in coffee  ??? guess I'm very happy that you have this forum and have answers to questions I would never think to ask
