Dreaming about FTS

Last night, I was sleeping and dreamed that I was traveling with my extended family and we stopped to eat at a buffet. This buffet had people at several stations who would fiish cooking the food right there on the spot. I was looking for foods that were very low carb at this buffet and when I couldn't find any that were low enough for my preference, I just drank water while every one else ate and it didn't bother me at all. I wasn't hungry and was fine with it.

Amazing that even in my dreams I am doing this!

I'm not so much dreaming  about fts as seeing sugar everywhere.  Walked through the supermarket yesterday and all I saw was cans and jars and packets of sugar everywhere I looked.   I had to sort of shake my head to get rid of the imagery.  Once you realise how much sugar is out there you just can't stop seeing it.

I love to play dougs sugar video for people,especially kids, everybody has the same reaction,EEWW!! Then you are their heads forever!
