Milk
« on: May 26, 2010, 10:49:27 PM »
Hello,
I was wondering about drinking milk. What does everyone drink?  Do you drink milk? What kind?
I used to drink fat free but that has a lot of carbs, so I haven't had any milk lately and I am missing it.

Thank you,
Dawn

There use to be a low carb milk on the market. I haven't seen it in awhile though, I think it was called "carb countdown". I'm going to get the almond milk and give it a try.

Curiosity got me, i found the carb countdown. It has been renamed calorie countdown and has 3 net carbs per cup. Here's the link.
