You're making me blush, Jo. ::)

Sounds like it's time for a heart to heart with your hubby.
Tell him that his support is very important to you and to be understanding when you tell him that you can't do Chinese restaurants.

Besides... We have FTS-friendly replacements that will take care of the Chinese food urges.
What you do today is what matters!

Joagain:
You said: I know I need to get where Morgan is and love myself as much as I love others sad to say I never have been able to do that .

I found www.flylady.net several years ago (where her website was fairly new) and her message of hope and a way out of procrastination and perfectionism helped me regain my self-confidence to want to be my best self first for me, which really allows me to be my best self for others.  Even if sometimes I must say No to others requests, expectations.

All the best,
Ann
