Bigtex has it, hands down. I've gotta try that meatloaf recipe. I'll add some jalapenos to it though.
Something we do, not fancy, is marinade thick cut pork chops in soy sauce and worcestershire sauce with a little extra garlic salt. then grill.
I have to try the grilled okra too.
For squash and zuccinni, we make kabobs skewers with 3/8" slices and baste them with olive oil and garlic salt. A little Tony Cacheres sprinkled on at the grill.
We do the roasted peppers too. We cut the tops off and core out the seeds and stuff with cream cheese, cheddar and breakfast sausage. We wrap the bacon around and over the top, and have a rack that keeps them standing while they cook.
One thing about cooking bacon on a gas grill, it's a good idea to cook it over a piece of foil, and watch how much grease you get. If that bacon fat catches on fire, it makes for exciting times and black bacon!
