I am trying this.I think I will make it in the individual casserole dishes so it gets crunchy on edges.

I always use individual dishes Too Sweet. I haven't made this yet.I did enchiladas instead! I get side tracked

    Me too Umpa  HA!  I have a ton of recipes on my list to try.  When they pop up in a new post that someone has tried it I think to myself....Oh yeah I was going to do that!!  LOL  I'm going to do this one tonight

Hi Shawn!

We have so many wonderful recipes here, it's easy to forget some of them.
I often find them when I do forum searches on particular foods/recipes or someone brings them up in a discussion.

All it took for me to be sidetracked was I took out the single serving dishes to make this and tortillas were on the counter!I went ""ariba"! I love the fact we have so many recipes because I have a wicked short attention span! How is Suz doing?

    Same here...LOL  I hate to plan a menu in stone because by the time I get to dinner time I may not be in the mood for that...   

Last I heard Suz was doing great!!  They are still on their great adventure traveling west    I'm sure she will have some awesome stories when she gets back home.
