We're coffee lovers in this house and enjoy hot/cold cappuccinos from time to time.
Here's a recipe we like for cappuccino...
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Strong Coffee
4-6 Drops FTS ZERO
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 TBSP Heavy Cream
DIRECTIONS
When making "strong coffee", use 1-1/2 to 2+ times the normal amount of coffee per pot.
Brew coffee as usual.
Decaffeinated coffee also works if you want to avoid caffeine.
Add Vanilla Extract and ZERO to a coffee mug.
Add Coffee and stir until well mixed.
Some options...
Top with whipped cream & ground fresh cinnamon.
You can also add some unsweetened baker's cocoa to the mug.
Just add a little more ZERO to offset the cocoa's bitterness.
Add (or substitute) mint extract. Mint is so good in this recipe!
DaVinci sugar free syrups are also wonderful.
Just add less (or no) ZERO since they are already sweet.
This recipe can be made cold by mixing the cappuccino in a blender with crushed ice!
Be bold and experiment!
You'd be amazed at the wonderful cappuccinos you can create!
Enjoy!
