My sister Misty
« on: July 16, 2012, 09:39:33 AM »
She has lost forty or so pounds so far and I am so proud of her!  Her favorite recipe is IZZET's fluff...She doubles the recipe and only uses one box of sugar-free strawberry Jello.  She sure is looking pretty in her outfits.  Everything she has lost has stuck on me though.    Too much homemade spagetti with tomatoes from the garden.  I am trying to workout more doing Zumba, drinking plenty of water and green tea...I even like it without sweetner if it has pomagranite in it or other fruit flavors.   I am not going to change my ticker until I lose 20 pounds.   I only weigh once a month now.  Low carb really is the key to tameing the sugar dragon.  I am so glad that I gave my sister the copy of Fat to Skinny Doug and Umpa sent me.  She is my inspiration. ;)

Obesity tends to run in families.  I am ashamed to be obese when I know the solution is Fat to Skinny.  Sugar is a drug.  I quit smoking, I hope that I can overcome my addiction to Sugar.  It really helps to have the close support.  This is my favorite website.  I have spent more time on it than any other website,  even ebay.

Hi skychant! :)

Please don't be ashamed of yourself!
Like you said... Sugar is a drug.

I smoked for over 40 years (about 1 1/2 to 2 packs a day). I to quit smoking about 3 months before I started FTS.
I wanted to be sure that I had the nicotine addiction under control before going after the sugar dragon.

Knowing that you're fighting an addiction gives you a real advantage in overcoming it.
And you have us right here to help you. :)

You beat nicotine... There's no reason why you can't beat sugar, too!
What you do today is what matters!

I have always been here...even if I don't post.  I have severe addiction to caffiene and sugar.  Sweetnlow is my favorite sweetner.  I need to stick with Xylitol or Stevia.
