Got recipe for baked fish?

I am looking for recipe for baked on Salmon or Tilapia fish.  No fries! Thanks!!

The easiest fish recipe is preheat oven to 375. Put fish in dish with a splash of cooking sherry and a cold pat of butter.Cook until firm. From the umpa fisherman :D

I love to simply top the fish with butter then a sprinkling of ground up spicy pork rinds topped with a little melted butter drizzled over the top then bake at 350 till the fish splits....serve with lemon... YUMMY!
