I grew up in Southern California and we ate avocados right out of the skins.  I like mine plain with just a little seasoning, but guacamole is AWESOME!!!

In florida we have the giant avocados, as big as a softball.I like mine cut in half and filled with strawberries and a dollop of sour cream too! You wouldn't think so but the flavors go really good together.Doug likes to cut his in chunks and put a sweet lemon sauce on his.yummy!

I sometimes pack one in my lunch. I cut it in half, pull out the seed, and eat it with a spoon...nothing added. Or, I sometimes put it on my turkey sandwich. It's great with turkey.

     Avocado's do not last long around our house. I usually have to buy one on my way to work. Avocado and steak my fav. My wife made a avocado face mask once I accidentally bit her ::) Just kiddin... ;D
