I usually skip lunch, if i am hungry i take a diet coke or a sugar free RED BULL, so that i can control on my carb intake is it right?

No.There are 4 carbs in one can red bull sugarfree.You could have had a cheeseburger. ;) Starving yourself won't help you lose weight and its not good for your diabetes.You get 20 carbs a day to spend enjoy your food.If I can help you please ask ;)

Hi Sandipp! :)

By not eating when you're truly hungry, you're likely slowing down your progress.
Our bodies can go into "famine survival mode" and weight loss will slow, or even stop.

Like Umpa said, get your 20 carbs a day from foods that will do your body good.
You'll lose faster and feel much better too! ;)
