I'm sad that she doesn't know about Fat to Skinny because it's a way better lifestyle (for many reasons that we all know) but I was excited to see someone in the public eye talking about low carb.  Granted she is probably getting paid to be their "new celebrity ambassador" but could this be at least a step in the right direction?

But it is also encouraging to see another celeb go the lower carb route.
In time, the world will know the truth about carbs and obesity.
