I guess if I read the entire string I would see that many people use it for fries, home fries, hash browns, etc.  I know what I am going to be looking for the next time I am in the grocery store.

Jicama is rally very versatile I grilled slices on the grill last nigh as a side dish...a little olive oil,salt and pepper and a hot grill was all it took. Next time you're slicing a Jicama try it raw, it's crunchy and sweet  ;)

My favorite use for jicama is potatoe salad ;)
