No movement up or down on the scale this week - stayed exactly the same.  I never stay at a plateau longer than a week, so that means I should have a nice loss to report next Wednesday.

I read a good quote recently:

Until then, you're simply making excuses or lying to yourself.

Scott you ran 10 miles, I'm still so impress that you can do that! You're amazing!! I'm sure next weigh in you will have a big drop. But if you can run TEN MILES and not be dying you should be so proud of yourself! Way to go!

Now there's some irony - here's a lady that LOST TWO HUNDRED AND THIRTY POUNDS - and she's impressed with MY accomplishment! 

Believe me Sherri - YOU are the inspiration here!  Along with Tony and all the others in our family here that have had the determination to stick with it until that goal is reached.  What an amazing group we have here.

We need to have a Florida group meetup sometime!
