Another good week - down 2.8 pounds.

Looking for an alternative upper-body workout, now that I won't be dead-lifting a pile of political junk mail into the garbage can each day.

I am so over the elections

We live in a "battleground" state so we were bombarded with commericals, phone calls and direct mailings. Last night I really enjoyed the commercials about used cars and weight loss supplements.

I can only imagine what that was like Andrea.....sheesh    I was pretty sick of it and they don't much care about my state...LOL

Yeah, Florida is a battleground state too.  In fact I think it is still not determined who won Florida, not that it matters now though.  Can't believe how much was spent on those campaigns, and politically nothing has changed because of the election.

HOWEVER...

I don't want to turn this thread into a political discussion - how boring and depressing would that be.

We're all alive and working hard toward a goal of better health - that's always a good thing!
