Feel good umpa.  Don't seem to have that breathlessness or anxiety.  Feel fitter.  Have more energy than originally but not the energy levels that seem sky high like everyone else seems to say they have.

I'm a size 8 and very happy there.  I'll get really wrinkly if I lose any more weight.  I'm barely in the "healthy" range that the insurance companies publish but I'll take it!

 :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P  That is what I think of them   Hahahaha  Like we all fit into a nice little package the same size and shape...sheesh

I like the size I am now.  I'm with Andrea...if I lose to much more... I wouldn't fit.

I agree, Shawn!!!

Being at an anorexic weight seems desirable to the insurance companies!
But like obesity, anorexia can kill too!

At the least, being underweight can cause a weakening of the body's systems (e.g. immune).

Hi Steph, Morgan was stuck for quite a while until she took her carbs way down. That's when her scale started to move again. I'll give you the same advice. Get yourself back to as close to Zero carbs as you can for a week...your stall will break.

Breakfast- protein and eggs

lunch- protein and greens

dinner protein and greens

no sweets, sugar alcohols or low carb breads   ;)

I like what I read from Andrea and Toosweet about how they feel about their weight and size. Most all guys I talk to like curvy woman not stick thin woman  8)

Hi Doug
I rarely eat any sugar alcohols or "sugars" my typical day consists of 2 meals, i usually have 2-3 scrambled eggs with feta cheese and olives mixed in and cream and bacon on the side. and for my late day meal i have either sandwich steak cut up with cheese on it and a side of greens or some type of chicken in the crock pot. i am very simple non-fancy cooker lol ! snacks include few cheesesticks or sugar free jello and nuts if i get hungry during the day in between. i am puzzled. i will try this and stay as close to possible to no carbs. i usually am around 15 for the day . i do drink diet soda and coffee but always get in my 64 oz of water. ?

Losing 1.2 lbs. is good news, Stephanie! :) :) :)

Get that measuring tape ASAP!
Your likely shrinking even when the scale is not moving.

That is great news, Stephanie!!    Just a hint....  You can just use a string and watch it get bigger and bigger on you  ;)  Who needs numbers anyway  ;D
