have had the opportunity to do the cancer walk in the past but this year was the first that I actually could do it and I accredit the change in lifestyle thanks to f to s and having the energy to be able to do it.

I just walked in the door from doing the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in Raleigh.  I walked it with Doug's 2 daughters in honor of my M-I-L who lost the battle with breast cancer 3 years ago.  There were 25,000 participants.  It was very well organized and we really enjoyed it.
