Here is what I have seen Doug post many times when questions such as this come up
5 rules to GUARANTEE success
1- ONLY EAT WHEN YOU ARE TRULY HUNGRY
2- EAT A SMALL PORTION OF LOW SUGAR FOODS FROM THE FAT TO SKINNY BOOK
3- WAIT 15 MINUTES AND SEE HOW YOU FEEL
4- IF YOU'RE STILL HUNGRY AFTER 15 MINUTES EAT A LITTLE MORE AND WAIT ANOTHER 15 MINUTES
5- STAY UNDER 20 CARBS PER DAY....EVERY DAY, LESS IF YOU DON'T SEE MOVEMENT ON THE SCALE
I would say the simple answer is no......If you are following these rules though....your question should be am I truly hungry.
Also keep in mind that some items are listed as having 0 carbs because the amount of carbs in a serving are less than 1. Many times they will make the serving size smaller in order to list it this way. After all a tic tac is labeled as 0 carbs per serving, but they are made with real sugar. That being said I would urge you to read those labels to be sure it is truly 0 carb and and then ask yourself why you want another serving. If you aren't hungry save it for later
Some folks worry with fat content others not so much. I myself try to stay with lean cuts of meat, but at this time I don't worry much with watching the fat content. I do love my heavy whipping cream, bacon, cheese and butter
I just don't love it at the same time. The greatest thing I love about FTS is it's simplicity. The only numbers I want to count are the carbs....Those are the ones that will turn to sugar
