Track your Salt & Sodium Intake. If it's high cut way back and the weight will melt off! I just realised that I was consuming very high amounts of Sodium, which was keeping me from losing any weight. I was cooking with a ton of salted Butter, Using too much dressing, cheeses, condiments, sauces, gravies & seasonings. I highly recommend cutting sodium from Meals. I lose 10 pounds just last week from making this adjustment. In addition to that I started drinking more water and eating green veggies to help with digestion. And can also be helpful to list what you have been eating the past two weeks.  :)

Hi, jetfan! :)

Don't let that stupid scale bother you!

My weight has been known to not change for a couple of months at a time.
But when it does, it takes a jump downward.

If you stick to the FTS rules, the scale will begin moving again.

And don't forget, we often lose INCHES when we're not losing pounds. 8)

May I jump in here lol .... I was stalled for 3 months jet fat with ZERO pounds lost but my scrubs were falling off of me! I know how you feel...frustrated...mad..disappointed..ect... but trust me keep doing what your doing despite not losing bc like many told me it takes time for your body to adjust to our new lifestyle and your body is "adjusting" a few things that really helped me break my plateau were increasing my physical activity whether it be parking further away from entrance, or taking the stairs when possible..u get my drift, also increased my water consumption to 1 gallon or more a day.reevaluating my portion sizes were a must. I was still eating the same size meals as I did when I started... after decreasing the portions sizes I realized I was just as full with less food ;D the scale finally starting moving after making these adjustments and as you know each week I have been consitantly losing now! If you go under my name and click on posts "posted by this member" you will see my weeks upon weeks of frustration with a scale that was "stuck" I am here to tell you keep going! It will move again ;D;D

You have already gotten such great advice....I'll just say..... Hang in there  ;)  I know it's frustrating when it doesn't move but if you stick with the rules....re-evaluate what you are eating....it will start to move again.  Could it be some carb creep sneaking in?

I'm not saying this is you....but with me....For a while I got lazy and stopped logging what I was eating....big mistake  :-\  When I started again I realized I had gotten into a grove of eating too much of certain things (protein) too often an not enough of others (veggies).  I know better  >:(   Old habits trying to sneak back in on me...Haha  I keep a log every day and try to balance my meals better now.   Too much of anything regardless of what it is, isn't going to be good for you.

Hang in there though...we are here for you

 :) Ok thanks everybody.
Perhaps I am not eating enough green vegs. Will increase that, watch salt, and drink more water. Here goes.

Shawn makes a great point! :)

Logging what you eat helps you stay on course.

Consider logging your food, FTS "training wheels".

In time, you will eventually not need to log your food intake.
But since we've eaten poorly for so many years, it will likely take years before we'll no longer need these "training wheels".

yes!! i still log eveything even my h20 intake not I know I would "fudge" the amount of carbs I was eating. By writing it down it holds me accountable  ;D

Yes there is a culprit somewhere but you will find it.
