Thinking of freezing Caulimash, has anyone done it?  How does it taste?

It never lasts that long around here! :D :D :D

Caulimash will keep for a week or longer in the fridge.

I freeze it all the time in single servings. It makes great quick grab sides when I'm not in the mood to cook. Just a minute or two in the micro and you are good to go.  :)

I forgot to add that I don't notice any difference in flavor when frozen.  Just as good as it was when it went in.  Mind you I didn't leave it in the freezer for months on end.  I think the longest I have keeped it was about 2 months  ;)
