That's what I've been trying to say, Umpa, the shakes do get you full

And I still agree with that statement.  These are meant to be a hold you over once in awhile treat, not a everyday meal replacement.   Like I said in another post if it is stalling you, you might need to adjust how often if at all you have them.  It's all trial and error when you are stalled.  Sometimes it's as simple as the sweeteners that you are eating or taking in more carbs than you realize, not eating enough actual food or simply your body adjusting.  You will need to make adjustments here and there to see if it makes a difference.  Thats when keeping a log like you do will come in handy.  You will be able to see easily what made the difference after a time.   :)

Toosweet is 100% correct ;) I consume a shake when after I run for 45 minutes as a snack to tie me over until I can shower and make a proper meal .I have also been known to use a shake as a snack replacement when I am craving sweets during my period.But NEVER as a meal replacement. ;)

Oh well. I still think they are a very lowcarb high protein very good meal replacement when you are someone like me who has huge digestive issues. They are easier on the gut.
