Thank you Elizabeth779!  I am officially under 300 pounds and have no intentions of ever seeing that weight on the scale again.  It is nice to be making a positive change in my life.  This forum is truely a blessing.

Thank you both...I am really loving chicken patties with turnip greens.   So far I haven't been eating sugar free candy and eating sugar free jello instead.  I am almost down 10 pounds.  I am waiting until then to change my ticker.  I have lost weight in my face mostly.   I'm off to eat me some strawberries.

I have lost my first 10 pounds and bought some sugar free candy to celebrate.  I think I can get into this tight pair of jeans that I have by the end of the month I hope.  Off to drink some more water and I hope that everyone else is losing too... :)
