Yum, the stir fry looked extremely delish!  We have a Trader Joe's but too far for me to travel.  Also have a Whole Foods, and, again, too far from home.  Thanks for the picture!

I hope you can make a stir fry just from your own veggies. That might be lower in carbs than Trader Joes.

If you're looking for mung beans, some stores sell them.

My youngest son's favorite side dish is beam sprouts!  To make them the Korean way,  just boil them for a couple of minutes (literally, like 2 or 3 minutes), drain them,  then this with some sesame oil and sea salt to taste.  Super yummy and super easy!
