Two weeks gone 7.4 lbs gone yippee!

Hi everyone,  Just checking in I lost another 1 1/2 lbs this week.  Had some great days and some "over 20" days.  I've found some awesome foods that you all have recommended and I thank you for that.  This is going to be my lifestyle from now on and I realize its important to find new foods and recipes so this doesn't end up as "another diet" where I became bored and hungry and craving.  I'm happy and looking forward to my next week.

There are SO many wonderful recipes that are better than their high-carb versions,
there is really no reason we should ever become bored with FTS.

Not to mention, if we eat high-carb toxic junk, our bodies will complain about the abuse very soon!
