My meal for today

I'm posting my meal for today. Can someone please let me know how I did? I am trying to understand how to do this. I think it's going to take me a while to really understand how to do it.

Breakfast
3 medium size pancakes (cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, 2 packets stevia, & 2 eggs)
2 slices bacon

lunch/snack
1 oz almonds, 1/2 oz bbq pork rinds, & 1 string cheese

Supper
1/2 cup cheesy broccoli
crunchy BLT (romaine lettuce, 2 thin slices tomato, 4 slices bacon, 1 tsp mayo, & 1 egg)

96 oz water and 16 oz unsweet tea

I was full. Trying to get any more food is hard for me to do.

That 96 ounces of water will do you worlds of good.
Plus the added benefit of cutting your appetite is nice, too! ;)

I'm not having too much trouble getting water in, but I still like to have my unsweet tea.  ;D

Good! I dont eat alot either.I do love my sweet tea though! I think its cause I am from the south :D
