I whipped this up tonight.....let me just say YUMMMMM!    ;D

Homemade Sugar Free Magic Shell
2 Tbs coconut oil melted
pinch of salt (be sure that is melts in or omit if you like)
4 Tbs cocoa powder (0 carb if you can find it)
10 to 15 drops of FTS zero or to taste
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (or like I did couple of drops of peppermint extract) The flavors are endless   ;)

Stir all together to blend well.  Pour over ice cream and watch the magic happen   ;D ;D ;D

Umpa you could melt down your sugar free chocolate chips and add a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil to them for the same thing.  Also what is really super good...a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter (sugar free of course)

I was at Whole Foods today and noticed Earth Balance makes a coconut butter like spread.  It was in refrigerated section and in a tub.  Maybe next time I'll try it .  If anyone has tried it would love to know your thoughts!

Thank you for posting the magic shell recipe.  All of the other low carb magic shell recipes I have found either call for a chocolate bar or chocolate chips, which are difficult to keep melted for any length of time.  But coconut oil is easier to keep melted longer.  Sounds great, I'm going to give it a try but already know I'm gonna love it.
