I've seen other suggestions that call for an egg and Parmesan cheese instead of flour.  Looks good.  I like the flax for the fiber  ;D and I think the almond flour makes em have a little crunch....but I could just use less, and have the same results, yes? Yes, I think I will cut the flour in half and see what I get.

We're having gumbo (rice on the side) at my mom's this weekend.  Sausage balls would be a good munchy to have too.  And I'm making magic bars to take with me for dessert. Yum!

Flax is a mega food! i use it as often as possible,Omega  rich.Doug has a great gumbo recipe in the book you can blow away your family with.You will amaze them with the magic bars ;)Flabber Jabber away my friend!

A simple Alfredo sauce or Heinz chicken gravy will make good dipping sauces for these :) Very savory!
