Impossible Pie

I made this yesterday,very easy and very good! Its like a coconut custard ;)

Ingredients:
2 cups milk( i used coconut milk and almond milk)
1 cup flaked coconut
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
   
1/2 cup umblanched almond flour
8 tablespoons butter
36 drops of Zero
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions:
1.    Place milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter, and zero in blender. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
2.    Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

Did you make this with a crust Umpa?  I don't see that in the instructions   ;)

Nope TooSweet. It is so easy its crazy! Doug wanted coconut cream pie and I was swamped at work so I found this online.It is wicked good! ;)

I was wondering because of the almond flour ;)  I bet it is delicious!! I love coconut.  Yummy. I guess it's like the ones you make with bisquick
