Hi I bought Doug's book and started my diet 2 1/2 weeks ago. I lost 6 pounds in the first week, but nothing since then. I am not going over 20 g of carbs per day. Am I expecting too much too ??? soon? Or am I doing something wrong and not realizing it?

No, stick to the plan its simple science and it works.You should be out of detox by now, which means your energy level should be through the roof and you should feel great.The undetected things that usually mess people up is condiments,splenda(every little yellow packet is one carb) and too many sugar alcohols.Also take your measurements.when you arent losing pounds you will be losing inches.You will notice your clothes getting looser.Welcome to the forum!
