Low Carb Spicy Smokey Tuna Dip

Snacks, yes snacks....the stuff that made us FAT. You don't have to give them up, you just need to change what they are!  ::)

Here's one of my favorites  8)

Low Carb Spicy Smokey Tuna Dip

Ingredients

1 can Bumble Bee Albicore Tuna in water
1/3rd cup of Dukes or Hellmans Mayo, (more if you want moister, less if you want dryer)
1 small seeded jalapeno pepper diced
1 tablespoon capers
2 tablespoons diced celery
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Smoked Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced zucchini or cucumbers

Directions

1- Mix all the ingredients except the sliced veggies and smoked paprika together well. Taste and add salt and pepper as required.
2- Let the Tuna rest for 15 minutes then remix well and place in serving bowl
3- Generously sprinkle the smoked paprika over the top.
4- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the dip to stiffen a bit and allow the paprika to season.
5- Slice your chips and serve.
