Very slow weight-loss

For last 1 week i am consuming only about 100 carbs a day, i measure this by an app called Myfitnesspal. i have lost only 1.5kgs, i am diabetic so need to loose faster, please help me.

Today for breakfast i had 1 full egg and 1 egg white quiche, 175 ml cold coffee with toned milk.

Welcome to the FTS family, Sandip!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

100 net carbs a day is FIVE TIMES as much as the most you should eat, daily.
20 net carbs or less, not eating too much, and only eating when hungry are the keys to success.

Hi Sandip, wayyyyy to many carbs. Cut back to 20 per day as Tony has advised.
