THIS REALLY WORKS!!!

I WAS A LITTLE INPATIENT AT FIRST. I WAS AT A PLATEAU A FEW TIMES. BUT LOOKING BACK, I THINK I LOST IT IN PRETTY GOOD TIME. IT'S BEEN 5 WEEKS SINCE I STARTED THIS AND I'VE LOST 13 TO 14 LBS (MY SCALE HASN'T DECIDED WHERE IT WANTS TO STAY)  I HAVE 16 MORE TO GO. IF I CAN LOSE IT IN ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME, I'LL BE SOOO HAPPY.   THANKS DOUG FOR LETTING EVERYONE IN ON THE SECRET. GOD BLESS YOU. ;D

You're welcome Lori but I want you to remember, this is a life long change not a diet so it's not a race. Stay the course and all the weight you want to lose will come off and will stay off :)
