I am losing like a turtle, but remember in the end, the turtle won! We are all on this FTS journey together, but to reach our personal goals, some of us may have to be on the journey longer than others. But again, the journey is a lifetime of FTS way of eating and having a more abundant life on earth!
Even though my weight comes off like the slow turtle, in the end I want to be the "biggest loser" of sugar and excess weight so I can prevent other health issues and have a life full of energy, fun, love and laughter !!!
Make it a great day! I'm praying for YOU to be successful on this FTS program! Thanks Doug and Umpa for giving us renewed hope to lose weight!
