This recipe makes 4 burgers
Ingredients
2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons wasabi powder
2 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
1 pound salmon fillet, skinned
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 eggs beaten
2 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
4 large romaine lettuce leaves
Olive oil for frying
Directions
1- Chop the salmon into 1/4 inch cubes
2- Mix all the ingredients except the olve oil and Romaine leaves and form 4 patties
3- Heat the olive oil over medium high heat and fry the patties till firm (tip)- make sure the first side is browned before flipping so the patties stay together)
4- Serve the burgers wrapped in the Romaine leaves
