I can not write 4oo words to tell how badly I want to loose weight. I just know that I have tried to hard in the past years to know avail. I just want to be healthy and I want my husband to be the same I would relly appreciate it if you would send me your book.  If you don"t pick me where can I purchase it ASP. Sincerely Noreen
