i need to lose wieght as well as i am also type 2 dibitic and on metforman... i had lost 70 pounds with a hefty price tag of 3 grand but when i came off diet it diet i didnt last. i soon turned to my comfort foods again... a day without sweets is like a day without sunshine so to speak.....
