Why I must lose weight
 
Today, I received the Ultimate Reminder
 
While walking East on 95 Ave I lost my pants!  I quickly pulled it up again.  What an embarrasment.  I guess I need Suspenders!
 
Today, I also received word fro my Doctor that my Blood Sugar Count is up another Point.  She warned me that if this keeps up
she is going to put me on the Needle!
 
The increase in the Cost of Medication is a different Story!
