First 2 weeks doing good

Hello everyone,
Well, the first 2 weeks I did real well, I lost 8 pounds actually in less than 2 weeks (12 days).
I sort of fell off the wagon a bit and have maintained the loss.  My biggest weakness is Ice cream, especially in the summer, well...anytime actually.
I have been eating the carb smart ice cream and have mixed it with some of my "stocked up" I.C  cached away.  I know I am compromising but....  I am averaging about 10 tsp of sugar a day (conservatively).

I am back on my deli rolls for lunch and H.B. eggs, raw peppers and cheeses.  Love the diet but am hankering for other things so...I will check out some of Doug's recipes.

Slimwilly go to the homepage to ask umpa.I will convert any recipe you have to fat to skinny friendly.This is not a diet its about replacements, so lets replace what your missing or craving so you can move on! ;D

Don't get stuck in a food rut....there's lots of great recipes including homemade Ice cream here on the forum....shake it up a bit and lose the full sugar ice cream ASAP.  :)
