Doug What the Heck is this ?

11 to 3 carb cycle,this strategy requires you to follow a regiment of 11 days low carb (30-45 net carbs) followed by 3 days of high carb (minimum 190 net carbs, no maximum).
 
I would think this would undo some of what you did in the 11 days. Not to mention bring back you carb/suga cravings . Am I right ?
Also Doug my husband wanted to know what you think of eating what you want 1 day a week? I dont believe itis a good idea it sounds good but probably not good . Thanks Jo

I eat what I want EVERY day! if I'm craving something, I find a way to make it (or I ask Umpa) and make it in a way that is still FTS friendly. I have NEVER gone lacking. I'm serious. It's amazing.

Great answer Owensmath! Jo you have answered all your own questions correctly! I don't know where you got this information or concepts but I strongly suggest you stick to the simplicity of the FTS lifestyle.

If you are going without something you are doing the program wrong.Its about replacements, so that way you don't gain the weight back ;)
