Scott in Florida - 2 weeks

2 weeks in, 9.6 pounds gone.  Didn't lose as much the 2nd week as I did the first week, which I fully expected.

I don't cook at all, but I think I am going to try making the Macaphoney this week.  With Spam of course!

Congrats Scott...stay the course and next time you're at the store pick up a 10 pound turkey and carry it around for 5 minutes  ;) Great start!

Congratulations Scott!  9.6# is a lot!  Like Doug says, try carrying a 10# turkey around for a few minutes and you realize it!  You've accomplished something to be proud of!  Keep up the good work!
