Scott in Florida - 7 weeks

Last week I hit a brief plateau, but this week it's PLATEAU NO MO'...another 2.8 pounds came off and the journey continues.  I have hit the "20+ pounds lost" mark, and from the beginning I told myself that I would start a regular walking regimen once I had lost 20 pounds.  That begins today.

Keep up the good work Scott!!!  :) :) :) :) :)

I found walking to be such a blessing in my life!
Besides having time to be with my beloved wife, I found I sleep better, deal with stress better, and generally just feel better.

It takes a few weeks to begin to notice the benefits... But they are soooo worth it!!!
