maybe my questions have been confusing,but GUESS WHAT, I AM GOING TO TRY IT AND I WILL lose weight!! I wanted to get all the info i can before i go to get my groceries. by the way i already have four of the books and i love it. i just like to ask questions so y'all will see alot of me
